Honolulu, Hawaii –  June 5, 2007 (MTT-S IMS 2007) – Acceleware Corp. (the "Corporation" or "Acceleware") (trading symbol "AXE" TSXV) today announced its next generation ClusterInABox Quad, the latest addition to Acceleware's line of "Supercomputing for the Desktop" products. This new solution from Acceleware has four NVIDIA GPUs with 6 GB of on-board memory, in a single system, and supports simulations for finely meshed models of up to 200 Million cells including boundaries (Soft Memory Limit is engaged for larger simulations) with computations performed at speeds up to 1.7 GCells/s (1700 MCells/s).

"The capacity of ClusterInABox Quad opens up new market segments for hardware acceleration," says Dr. Ray Luebbers President & CEO, Remcom Inc. "In a small fraction of the time required by a PC, Remcom's XFdtd® coupled with ClusterInABox Quad allows design engineers to generate results for much larger and more complicated geometries."

ClusterInABox Quad delivers computing power equal to clusters of servers, giving engineers, geophysicists and research users the competitive advantage of having phenomenal computing power available to them beside their desk, on demand. Simulation results using existing software tools can be obtained in fraction of the time compared to a high-end workstation. This now provides customers with the flexibility to run multiple simulations per day instead of being limited to a single, overnight process. Acceleware customers have redesigned their workflows to utilize sophisticated computer-aided optimization techniques while still delivering timely results.

"This capability addresses a real need expressed by our customers," said Sean Krakiwsky, CEO for Acceleware. "We are really excited to enable Remcom in delivering this competitive advantage to its end users."

Availability

The ClusterInABox Quad is now available to purchase through the Acceleware partner network.

About Acceleware

Acceleware (TSX-V: AXE) develops and markets performance-optimized acceleration products that significantly reduce the run-times of high-performance computing (HPC) applications such as cell-phone design and seismic data processing. By leveraging the base processing power of GPUs (graphics processing units) with proprietary acceleration software, compute-intensive applications can achieve unparalleled performance and speed. Acceleware delivers processing superpower.

Acceleware is developing and selling products for the electromagnetic, energy, biomedical, pharmaceuticals, industrial and military markets. These markets share a common need; as companies continue to push the boundaries of innovation and demand faster product-development cycles for more complex products, the need for accurate and timely computer modeling and testing is steadily increasing."The computation power, which Acceleware unleashes, is stunning," commented Dr. Bernhard Wagner, Managing Director, Sales & Marketing, CST. "In combination with the accuracy provided by CST's PBA technology, this is truly a giant leap ahead."

"CST and Acceleware continue to invest in creating compelling value for CST MICROWAVE STUDIO? customers," said Ryan Schneider, CTO of Acceleware. "Acceleration technology enables customers to take full advantage of CST's accurate 3D EM simulations in dramatically less time than using software alone."

R&D departments struggle daily with the challenge to create and design new products that demonstrate excellent quality, at minimum cost within extremely tight timelines. Dedicated, professional software tools have tremendously eased the product development and engineering process through extensive use of computer design and simulation. This success has raised customer expectations to new highs, fuelling ever-growing industry demands. Acceleware's technology significantly reduces simulation run times for design and development engineers relying on the accuracy and versatility of CST's market leading Time Domain solver, while delivering unprecedented flexibility and capability for engineers at the desktop. Compared to a two processor, dual-core-per-processor computer, the latest integration of CST MWS with Acceleware's Accelerator™ A30 achieves a speed-up factor of up to seven times for many real-life examples. Using a ClusterInABox™ Dual D30, performance increases further still and the fully accelerated simulation capacity doubles.

Availability: Acceleware's Accelerator A30 and ClusterInABox Dual D30 are available today from CST for the transient solver in CST MICROWAVE STUDIO 2006B and soon to be released CST MICROWAVE STUDIO 2008.

About CST

CST develops and markets software for the simulation of electromagnetic fields in all frequency bands. Its success is based on the implementation of unique, leading edge technology in a user-friendly interface. Furthermore, CST's "complete technology" complements its market and technology leading time domain solver, thus offering unparalleled accuracy and versatility for all applications.

CST's customers operate in industries as diverse as Telecommunications, Defense, Automotive, Electronics, and Medical Equipment, and include market leaders such as IBM, Intel, Mitsubishi, Samsung, and Siemens.
Timely, local support is provided through CST's direct sales and technical support forces. Together with its highly qualified distributors and representatives, CST supports its EM products in over 30 countries.

CST's flagship product, CST MICROWAVE STUDIO (CST MWS) is the leading edge tool for the fast and accurate simulation of high frequency (HF) devices such as antennas, filters, couplers, planar and multi-layer structures and SI and EMC effects. CST MWS offers considerable product to market advantages such as shorter development cycles, virtual prototyping before physical trials, and optimization instead of experimentation.
