Radio Frequency (RF) Heating: Revolutionizing Heavy Oil & Bitumen Production
Join Mike Tourigny for this presentation about how the efficiency and simplicity of RF Heating results in significant GHG reductions while reducing the cost of oil sands production.
Acceleware’s patent pending RF XL technology is an enhanced oil recovery (EOR) technology that uses radio waves (a form of electromagnetic heating) instead of steam, driving down the cost of oil sands and heavy oil production and significantly reducing its environmental impact. It requires less energy to operate when compared to SAGD, uses no solvents, and requires no additional water.
Acceleware's Energy Commitment:
- Dramatically improve production economics
- Allow access to vast unproven oil reserves
- Solve environmental problems
This presentation will provide an overview of the technology and it's economic and environmental impact; and will be available for download on Wednesday, March 22.
